Please help, I’ve installed GD Ratings System, User Reviews addon, and Multi Ratings addon. I don’t understand how to create a review form with multiple star ratings like you have in the example on this page.
What I want is to create different ratings for each post, and right now the only options are:
Usability
Features
Support

I can’t figure out how to change these.
You need to create your own rating series for multi stars rating, by default plugin has own example series only.

Also, how can I make the user reviews appear only on specific pages?
Also, is it possible for users to edit their review once it’s been published?

No, this is not possible. It is in the plans, but I can’t confirm when it will be available.
