The best way to sweep the database is to approve sweepers to run based on the plugin analysis. But checking the plugin every few days is usually not an option, and no one does daily maintenance anyway. But SweepPress Pro includes a very interesting feature called Sweeper Monitor.
The monitor can run each day or once a week, and it will estimate how many records it can remove and how much space it can recover. If the estimates are exactly the same or higher than the threshold values set in the settings for monitors, the plugin will send an email to remind you to check the SweePress Pro sweep panel, review it, and run the sweepers.
Plugin settings for Monitors include threshold settings and the option to add one or more emails for sending reminders. Check out the plugin settings article for more information.
