This is not related and is very much out of the scope of my plugin. The layout for the displayed topic thread or forum is controlled by the bbPress template, and if you want to change the layout, you need to build and style a new template to make the changes you need. My plugin adds it’s content into the places where bbPress templates allow it, using bbPress actions/filters. If you plan to make new templates to modify the layouts, it is essential to keep these default actions/filters, because plugins like mine, depend on these.

My plugin GD Quantum Theme Pro for bbPress (used on this forum also), includes (in some cases), options to configure some of the layout options (when possible). If you provide me with the example mockups of what you would like to have for your forum, I can tell you at least, if it is possible to be done and maybe, I will think about implementing it in the Quantum.
