I try BbPress on http://varosvedo.hu/forums/forum/kozter/ with Attachment++. It makes it possible to attach files if I in-logged as admin, but the forum user get not any button for upload attachments.
What is Attachment++? Also, GD bbPress Tools has no attachments feature, it is in the GD bbPress Attachments plugin. GD bbPress Attachments has options to control who can upload attachments. Also, we have Pro plugin GD bbPress Toolbox: http://www.gdbbpbox.com/.
