Is there any way to auto rate 5 star all previous posts one time?

No. Pro plugin has Dummy Ratings addon that can show rating for posts that don’t have it, and once they get enough real ratings, Dummy Ratings are not displayed anymore. They don’t count in any calculations, they are only for show.
