Looking for a Poll plugin that all users can use, not just the admin. Is that functionality in this plugin or the premium plugin?

This plugin is for bbPress forums only, polls are part of the forum topics, it can’t be used elsewhere. And, the plugin has the option to control which user roles are allowed to create new topics, and both Free and Pro plugin have that. Pro plugin has more features than Free, but other then that, they behave the same way.
