Hi, I use a store plugin called marketpress , which is a custom post type of product and the rating is not showing on custom post types for my products. https://www.scentswarmers.com/buy/scentsy/scentsy-whale-3 , I was using kk star ratings and wanted to replace it with your plugin, but can’t if its not going to show on product pages, can you please help?

For automatic display of ratings, the plugin works with posts and pages out of the box. You need to enable which rating method you want to display for each post type. To do that, open plugin Settings -> Posts -> Then adjust post type you need.

Also, I advise you to check out plugin knowledge base and watch the videos included with various articles.

got it, I see it now, thank you, I was missing that step – It displays pretty far down on the page, even though I said top , is there anyway to move that up to be by the products? example: https://www.scentswarmers.com/buy/scentsy/deer-wildlife-warmer

This method uses WordPress content filters to add rating block, and where the content is displayed depends on the theme, my plugin can’t do anything about that.

If you want to have full control over the integration, you can integrate the plugin into your theme templates manually, using plugin rendering functions. Check out the knowledge base, and find the articles about the functions to use, there are videos too.

okay, I’ll check that out, thank you. Also, I don’t see the stars on my website when on mobile .. I only see the text rating, no where for someone to vote.. example page .. https://www.scentswarmers.com/buy/scentsy/deer-wildlife-warmer

JavaScript and CSS files my plugin needs are not loaded at all. I have no idea why, but I see very strange page structure and missing jQuery loading that is part of WordPress. For whatever reason, your website is not loading jQuery that comes with WordPress, and my plugin depends on WordPress enqueue system to work.
