Hi, I recently purchased GD bbPress Plugin Pro. My order no is 521558923 on 18/10/16. The PayPal transaction ID is ID0M613366EJ497745F

I have not received the plugin. Are you able to resend the plugin or activate the plugin so I can download it from this site.

My paypal username is paypal@generalrepair.co
My usual email is hello@dalerogers.com.au

    Hello,

    Your license is active since October 17, 2016, and the system has sent multiple notifications since then. But, the license is on the account linked to the email you used to make the purchase: paypal@generalrepair.co. Check that mail account for the emails about the account and license. If you don’t find any emails from @dev4press.com, most likely is that your email service removed the emails to spam/junk folders, so check there also.

    Thanks for your help Milan, I have traced the fault back to my paypal@generalrepair.co email alias. I made an error in my zone records when I setup a new email service provider recently.

    I have fixed the fault now. Are you able to regenerate the system emails?
