If I upload a file to either a topic or a reply and then click edit, I am not able to see the attachments in order to remove or replace them.

Is there currently a system in place to edit attachments?

Don’t know if you know this or not yet, but the newer vs. of bbPress has the full blown wp_editor available instead of this boring input area.

Yes this is a small bug with showing upload errors where there were no uploads.

Right now, plugin doesn’t allow deletion of attachments or editing uploaded attachments. This is not very easy to do and it is on the list for future versions.
