Empty settings page

Hi,
I am using bbPress Attachments with bbPres 2.2.3 and WordPress 3.5. In the admin panel i click Forums->Attachments. The displayed page is completely empty. I have tried to reactivate the plugin without success.

How can I see the attachment settings?
