Tags: enhanced text widget
Hi Milan,
I can’t seem to get Enhanced Text widget to work.
Steps:
1) Add the Enhanced Text widget to a sidebar.
2) Add some content.
3) Save.
4) Update and refresh page with sidebar. Widget doesn’t appear in front-end.
If I follow the same procedure with the standard WP Text Widget it works fine.
Any advice?
Best regards,
Michael

Do you use PHP code in it? If that is the case, it must be properly formatted with open and close tags for PHP and functions inside must echo the value to show.
If you can post example here of what you try to display (please use the source code wrapper – icon on the toolbar for source code).

I wasn’t including any php just plain text while testing. I think it may have been a caching issue on the site. I tried to reproduce the issue today but now the widget works.
Thanks.
