Sorry, no. Maintaining different rules for roles and users is very complicated, and it goes against the purpose of the security hardening (regardless of user visiting). Also, the main method for plugins to add rules is inside the HTACCESS file or copy them into NGINX config, and in that case, there is no way to set different rules for roles.
