Hi,

I don’t have permission to view the forum of GD Rating System (https://support.dev4press.com/forums/forum/plugins/gd-rating-system/), so i’ll put my question here.

Besides rating the authors, is it possible to comment on the authors? Or is there a plugin or function that could do so?

My plugin is for adding ratings, nothing more. There is no way in WordPress to comment on authors directly, and my plugin can’t add that, and I am not aware of any plugin that can. You would need some custom built solution to do that.
