From what I can see via the testing tool, the rating is added as it should be. But, there is no guarantee that Google will use rich snippet at all! You should check out this user guide for more information: https://support.dev4press.com/kb/user-guide/rich-snippets-for-ratings/. No one really knows how Google decides to include rating snippet for any website, and the only sure thing is to be patient, and depending on your overall traffic and other things that Google might take into account, they will show the ratings (and that too not always and for all pages). For instance, Dev4Press blog has snippets for ratings and breadcrumbs – and Google shows breadcrumbs for all pages, but they show ratings on 3 pages (out of 1500).
Also, the testing tool has revealed that you have a lot of errors in various other snippets you have on the website (breadcrumbs, creativework…).
