How to allow guests to use the attachments plugin

I would like to allow users that are not logged in (guests) to be able to use all the features that the logged in users have. What code must I change to get this to work.

I didn’t add anything for that, since it can be a problem since you can’t track who uploaded what and you will get swamped by the files. Right now I have no plans to implement this. You can try to hack the code that checks for the user capabilities against plugin settings, but I have no idea how that will work considering that most of the upload code is actually part of WordPress, and I am very much sure WP will not allow anonymous use of media library.
