How can I edit the area above the footer widget? I want to remove the tag cloud and meta columns and replace them with something else. One reason I want to do this is because having 4 columns seems to be messing the responsive layout when viewed on my phone. I would like to have only 3 columns like at the bottom of this page. However I can’t seem to find where to edit these items. Is this area a widget? If so, what is it called?
