I have a list of items. I created a “Rating Type” Enity Name: quality, Entity label: quality, Icon: Star | Type Name: Stars Type Label: Stars.
I’ve then added the shortcode, “[gdrts_stars_rating type=”Custom.Stars” id=”1002″]” in my page. On the page it shows no stars to click and instead it shows, “No votes yet”. What step am I missing?

From your definition, I see that entity name is ‘quality’, and type is ‘stars’ so the type in the shortcode is not ‘Custom.Stars’ it is ‘quality.stars’. Also, name for the entity and type should be lowercased, to avoid potential issues with some queries (this will be forced in the next version).
