In the queue settings, you include the explanation:
Number of emails to send in each Job. This value will depend on your website, and if you need to send a lot of emails, you need to experiment to get this value correctly. Most shared hostings should handle up to 100 emails. If timout limit is not reached, and if there is enough time, plugin can attempt to sent another batch of emails.
I want to ensure ISP limit is not exceeded, as the ISP is discarding emails over my limit. What does the underlined bit mean? To me it infers that the plugin may send more than set by the job limit if time left? This defeats the objective, me thinks.
