After updzateing to the most recent version of the plugin (4.2) and bbpress (2.6.6) I see the following notice thrown on posts where attachments are displayed:

Notice: Undefined index: attchment_icons in […]/gd-bbpress-attachments/code/public.php on line 82

Looks like this may be due to an unkonwn setting value. I’ve tried re-saving the settings in the admin area, and de-activating then reactivating the plugin but to no avail.

I am not sure where that is coming from. Older plugin versions used that option name, but it was updated, and it is no longer part of the plugin, and if you search for it, there is no such string anywhere. Considering the error you get, it is most likely coming from some other plugin using that, so you need to see which plugin is using that option value.

Thanks for responding so quickly. You’re right, I see the issue now, we had copied one of your functions to our theme in order to customise it and that used the old value. This is fixed now.
