Plugin does not work with the embedded bbpress version of buddypress

I am using buddypress 1.5.4 and it has the bbpress embedded by default. I have groups forums.

I activated the plugin for the main site only, and also tried activate it network-wide.
But in both cases, the plugin did not work (no upload file input appeared in the forums). Besides I couldn’t access settings page.

bbPress in BuddyPress is not supported, this bbPress is not the same as stsndalone 2.0 plugin version of bbPress.
