I’ve got issue with GD bbPress Attachments.
When I’m uploading images – is OK.
When I’m uploading images & PDFs – is OK.
When I’m uploading PDFs – it’s not OK. Files doesnt to upload to Media Library.
It works fine, I have tried the same combinations you did. Also, I don’t see the reason for PDF alone should fail. The only reason to fail is if file is too big (plugin settings, and also server limit for upload – check that too) or something else is cuasing problem (other plugins can hook into Media Library uploader to control file types and more).
