Hi, I don’t know if this is related to issues already raised but when I am logged in as an admin I can see the quotes button in the reply header on every reply. When I log in as a standard user I can only see the quote button on my own posts.

All user roles have quotes enables in the back end.

Any ideas how I can fix this?
