Is there a way to restrict file types that a user can upload through GD bbPress Attachments? I don’t think I would like users to be able to upload zip and other files.

Right now it can’t be done through the plugin interface (coming soon). But it can be done using filters for file types built in WordPress.

Can you provide more information on how to do this. What are the filters that we can use? I need to allow a certain filetype that is currently not allowed (.plist). Can I do this with a filter as well?
