I am trying to create a navigation based on the Selection Method. But it’s not honoring my sort request. Screen shot attached of my settings, here is a link to the page I’m talking about.

    This is not really a bug. Plugin uses WordPress functions to generate lists. When you set to display only selected pages from hierarchy, sort rules are not always applied as expected due to some limitations. There is not much that can be done in such cases.
