Hi… just started using BuddyPress, bbPress and GD bbPress Attachments on a very simple site.
Have tried to include a gallery in a discussion entry, but the short code appears unprocessed.

so it is something to do with the rendering of a discussion page by GD bbPress Attachments?

by default bbPress doesn’t process shortcodes. And it is not related to my GD bbPress Attachments plugin.

My GD bbPress Toolbox Pro plugin implements BBCodes through WordPress shortcodes, so it enables shortcodes for bbPress topics/replies. You can check it out here: http://www.gdbbpbox.com/

GD bbPress Toolbox Pro is used on this forum, and it is much improved over GD bbPress Attachments (see attachments upload on the topic/reply form on this page).
