Hi Milan,
When I started using xScape over 6 months ago I became quite excited at prospect of developing WP web sites using an integrated framework of themes and plugins.
I made a decision to start using your products for several reasons – one reason of course is the quality and craftsmanship of your work – this remains the case – the other reason was the commitment I saw that you had to the xScape framework and the focus to continuing evolving this platform to incorporate improved and new features.
I am sad to say that over the past few months I have not seen that same level of commitment to xScape as I saw when I first took on your products. I know you have been busy and this is reflected in improvements with some of your plugins.
There are several topics I have logged via the forum – informing you of issues I have found with xScape and themes – some of these were logged months ago and remain unresolved. In addition and despite promises your documentation section leaves much to be desired.
Let me say that I remain eager and committed to xScape as a WP development platform but have recently been investigating other frameworks. With new sites/work in the pipeline I need to periodically evaluate the tools that I use as I’m sure you do too.
Right now I need to hear some reassurances that you remain committed to evolving xScape and I would also be keen to understand the direction you will be taking the product.
Please accept the above as feedback rather than a criticism and I sincerely hope that you are able to take my comments on board for the better of dev4press.
Regards,
Robert
