Hi,

We are testing your plugin pre pro purchase and can only see the star rating options available on new pages we create, we’ve tested this on two sites, do you know what could be causing this and do you have a private support forum?

Hi,

I would need more information, but what you describe is not likely to happen due to the plugin. The plugin has no feature that limits rating to pages create after plugin installation.

Your initial question was not correct. The page you reference is set as your front page and that is very different matter. Plugin automatic method for adding ratings work for single pages, and when the page is used as the front page, some conditions are not set as expected. You need to add rating block in such page manually using functions in the template.

Could you explain what this means? We have already manually gone into the page and selected options within the page?

You need to integrate rating function into the page template. There are examples and articles in the knowledge base on that subject.

Could you point us in the right direction, I can’t seem to find the correct article.

Also, do we need to use some css to achieve what we want, why isn’t it already built in?

Last example on the page, it should go into the loop: https://support.dev4press.com/kb/article/manually-add-rating-block-with-php/. You don’t need any extra CSS.
